Empowered self-starter will provide overall leadership, vision, and direction on initiatives and operating standards to meet company goals and will be responsible for every aspect of the operation.
Role & Responsibilities Standards of OPerations:
- Manage all aspects of the park operations including attractions, revenue centers profitability and COGS, finance, growth, cleanine, staffing, safety, security, risk management, and guest relations.
- Direct all operational functions including food & beverage, arcade, retail, human resources, marketing, sales, and maintenance while providing necessary guidance, support an coaching to the team.
- Develop and present annual operating budget and business plan to park ownership.
- Develop capital investment opportunities for incorporation into a 5-year strategic plan in coordination with the park support team.
-Development of a highly motivated and effective team of supervisors, managers, and staff to ensure extraordinary guest satisfaction and delivery of revenue goals.
- Development and implementation of FEC Departmental Standards of Operation to ensure operational consistence and professionalism throughout the organization.
- Maintain visible presence in the park through daily inspections and regular interaction with associates and guests throughout the park.
Monitor and audit all aspects of the park to ensure consistent delivery of organizational quality standards for staff and guests.
-Review guest feedback, address guest complaints and concerns, and develop action plans to improve the guest experience.
- Create an empowered workplace culture with staff that achieves a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Develop, implement and execute professional staff and manager training programs.
HIre, train, and on-board staff and provide mentorship to further develop their skills.
- Ensures execution of all staff recognition and incentive programs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, business processes, and all applicable health, safety, and risk management practices as well as governing state, federal and local regulations.
- Maximize sales potential through effective sales and marketing techniques, including group sales programs, events, birthday parties and other opportunities to exceed revenue goals.
- Ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with all company risk management and safety standards and regulations.
- Manage all financial aspects of the facility while maximizing revenue and cost-savings opportunities.
- Prepare necessary reports, develop and control financial plans, budgets, and processes to gain efficiency in all operating areas such as labor, expenses, and guest service.
- Review Park KPI's against plans, analyze market conditions, recommend and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Ensure that accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar degree, highly desired; equivalent education and direct industry work experience will be considered.
Languages:
Fluent English, Bilingual abilities are a plus Skills:

- Financial Acumen:
Ability to analyze financial information, budgets, costs, inventory, and sales to achieve maximum profit potential and address variances for a high-performing Family Entertainment Center.

Ability to inspire others to achieve results, establish credibility throughout the park and maintain a visible leadership role in appropriate industry, community, and business organizations.
- Problem Solving/Analysis:
Identify issues clearly and early, define problems, research and collect data, draw valid conclusions, and execute solutions in a timey manner.
- Project Management:
Manage projects from concept to completion in cooperation with ownership.
- Executive Professionalism:
Represent the company well internally and externally; convey a professional and positive image of the organization and business affiliates.
- Flexibility:
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; maintain a flexible work schedule to meet changing demands of the park operation.
- Computer Proficiency:
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
).
Ability to learn and become proficient with the Park's POS software and systems.
- Initiative and Empowerment:
Ability to take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paces evolving environment.
Experience:
5-7 years of direct entertainment management experience in the role as general manager, assistant general manager, or as a department director preferably in a high-volume theme park, water park or other attraction-based operation.
