Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers who have inquired to us, and schedule appointments for them to visit us as well as answer any questions they have.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up with leads and schedule appointments- NO COLD CALLING -Take incoming sales calls and internet leads from customers who are inquiring about a vehicle - Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads effectively - Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving targets - Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction -Phone etiquette - Computer knowlege This position offers competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment.
